The instant petition has been filed seeking direction for eviction of respondent no.5 from the land of Gram Sabha i.e., Arazi Nos. 478 and 479 situated at Village- Jamuni Nagar Panchayat Tarkulawa, District- Deoria. 3. The petitioner is the member of Gram Sabha, Tarkulawa, Deoria and the Gram Sabha has already initiated proceedings under Section 67 against the respondent no.5, wherein vide 07.02.2024 a final order has been passed for eviction of respondent no.5. For the execution of the said order, the proceedings are already pending before Tehsildar, and the notices have been issued to the Manager of respondent no.5 on 03.01.2025. 4. Thus, since the proceedings under Section 67 have already been concluded and execution of the order passed under Section 67 is under way, it is expected that the Authorities concerned shall bring the said proceedings to a logical end. 5.
