Criminal Case No.6089/2023 as also the order dated 12.12.2024. 2. Learned State counsel submits that the additional report which was sought by the Court vide order dated 07.07.2025 has been submitted before the trial Court on 14.07.2025, therefore, the present petition has rendered infructuous. 3.
