Instant writ petition was filed by petitioner wayback on 27.04.2016, raising a grievance in respect of withholding his salary of 32 days as also withholding his one increment, which became due from the month of July, 2013. 2. Counsel for petitioner is fair enough to admit that after institution of the writ petition, petitioner has not turned up in his Office to pursue the writ petition and in such circumstances, he pleads no instructions. 3. Taking into consideration the nature of relief prayed for in the writ petition, this Court is not inclined to keep pending the writ petition, hence same is hereby dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. 4.
