The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may be kind enough in calling the entire record related with the present case. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of certiorari, mandamus or Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI 2 any other likewise writ commanding and directing to quash the order Annexure P/1, which is bad in law and the respondent No. 06 may be commanded to proceed in the matter strictly in accordance with law. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of certiorari, mandamus or any other likewise writ commanding and directing to initiate the enquiry about the manner in which the order Annexure P/1 is passed by the officer-in-charge. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in the post of Sarpanch in the respondent Gram Panchayat duly in accordance with law. 10.5 That this Hon’ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of certiorari, mandamus or any other likewise writ commanding and directing to award cost of the petition. 10.6 Any other relief, which the Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. The petitioner has challenged the order of suspension issued by the Sub Divisional Officer, Kawardha, District Kabirdham (C.G.) dated 02.07.2019. 3. It appears that the enquiry initiated against the petitioner would have been concluded by the Competent Authority. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no representation of behalf of the petitioner even in two round, therefore, the petition is dismissed on this count alone.
