JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER Date : 17.11.2025 Heard Mr. K. M. Hassan, learned counsel for the accused applicant. Also heard Mr. Token Ete, learned Addl. P.P., appearing on behalf of the State of Arunachal Pradesh. 2. This bail application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Niti Vihar P.S. Case No. 21/2025 registered under Sections 120B/406/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Page No.# 2/3 3. By an order, dated 23.10.2025, this Court had granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant subject to the conditions that he shall cooperate with the investigation of the case and shall appear before the I.O. of the case for recording of his statement on 29.10.2025. 4. In compliance of the above, it is stated at the Bar that the accused applicant had appeared before the I.O. of the case on 29.10.2025. On his appearance, the accused applicant was arrested by the police in connection with the above Niti Vihar P.S. Case No. 21/2025 and after completion of the necessary formalities, he was released on bail on the strength of this Court’s order, dated 23.10.2025. 5. Mr. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Arunachal Pradesh, submits that since the accused applicant has appeared before the I.O. of the case and he was arrested and subsequently, released on bail and as he is also cooperating with the investigation of the case, so, his custodial detention is no longer required. 6. From the submissions as made above by Mr. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Arunachal Pradesh, from the record; it appears that custodial detention of the accused applicant is not required at this stage. 7. In view of the above, the interim pre-arrest bail granted by this Court vide order, dated 23.10.2025, is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions. However, it is directed that the accused applicant shall continue to cooperate with the investigation of the case and appear before the I.O. of the case as and when called for. 8. This bail order shall be read along with the order, dated 23.10.2025. Page No.# 3/3 9. With the above directions, this anticipatory bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
