This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 403 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 394, 397, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, two persons are said to have fired at the informant and looted him. 4. The petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2023 and has antecedent also. 5.
