1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioners claiming certain benefits against the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).
2. It may be noticed that the jurisdiction to adjudicate such claim is conferred upon the Central Administrative Tribunal and hence, keeping in view the fact that as of now, the jurisdiction to adjudicate the dispute between the employees and the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is conferred upon the Central Administrative Tribunal, the petitioners are relegated to avail their remedy before the said forum.

CWP-4058-1999 (O&M) -2- may be relegated to avail their remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal but prays that the paper book of the present petition be sent to the Central Administrative Tribunal so that the precious time of the Central Administrative Tribunal is not wasted in completing the pleadings.

Learned counsel for the respondents raises no objection to the said prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
5. Keeping in view the above, petitioners are relegated to avail appropriate remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
6. Registry is directed to send the paper book of the present petition to the Central Administrative Tribunal to decide the lis between the parties on the basis of the pleadings already on record.
