Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 25.11.2024 being Case Crime No. 369 of 2024 under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 316(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Bansdeeh, District, Ballia and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate application before the court below itself for extension of interim bail, which shall be considered and decided by the court concerned on its own merits as the allegation is that the informant is not appearing in mediation proceedings. 4. With the aforesaid observations, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
