Learned counsel for the applicant submits that CRLMC No.2463 of 2025 has been disposed of by this Court vide common judgment dated 31.03.2026 treating the CRLMC No.2031 of 2025 as the lead case. However, since the account number vide IDFC Bank A/C No.10155079208 which is the account number of the Petitioner in CRLMC No.2031 of 2025 has been mentioned in paragraph 25(a) of the aforesaid judgment, despite approach of the present Petitioner to defreeze his account, the bank authorities have expressed their inability to defreeze the same. Accordingly, it is directed that when the Petitioner in CRLMC No.2463 of 2025 produces the certified copy of the aforesaid judgment before the Opposite Party/Authority for compliance, the bank account number mentioned in the 2nd line of paragraph 25(a) as <(IDFC Bank A/C No.10155079208)= be read as <(IDBI First Bank A/c. Nos. 10108789703 & 10154769623 and Axis Bank A/C No.923010048907337=. 6. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered. 7. The I.A. is disposed of.
