ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ order or direction preferably in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent police in opening continuing and transferring Human Trafficking Sheet No 03/2018 of II Town L and O PSRJVM dated 30 05 2018 from II Town Police Station4th respondent to III Town Police Station Rajamahendravaram 5th respondent despite the petitioners acquittal in Sessions Case No 151 of 2016 as per Judgment dated 27 09 2018 as illegal arbitrary unjust without jurisdiction violative of Articles 14 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the law laid down by the Honble

Supreme Court and High Court and consequently direct the respondents to close the said Human Trafficking sheet No 03/2018 now pending with the fifth respondent and remove the petitioners photograph and details from the notice boards and internal police surveillance systems forthwith”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that no cases are pending against the petitioner. It is further stated that, to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioner in the vicinity, Human Trafficking Sheet was opened against the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, the cases registered against the Petitioner were ended in acquittal and no cases are pending against him.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned Human Trafficking Sheet No.03 of 2018 dated 30.05.2018 on the file of III Town (L&O) Police Station, Rajamahendravaram, against the Petitioner is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
