Learned State Counsel submits that, upon completion of the investigation, a charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner on 22.02.2025. An affidavit confirming this has also been submitted by the Investigating Officer." 4. In view of statement made by learned State Counsel, present writ petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as such. 5. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet, if so advised, in appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 6.
