This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that the inaction of respondent No.3 in not registering the Crime and not taking any action as per the provisions Chapter XIII of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 on the report given by the petitioner dated 16.05.2025 as illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice Article 14, 21 300A and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to register a crime on a report given by the petitioner dated 16.05.2025 as per the provisions of Chapter XIII of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha 2023 in the interest of justice and equity”

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on report given by the petitioner, police have registered a case in Crime No.184 of 2025 of Kankipadu Police Station, Krishna District for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2) BNS and Section 66-D ITA-2000-2008.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
