Petitioner who is the mother of late employee Arvind Kumar, wants that the terminal dues should be given to her and not to the alleged wife, namely, Arti who according to her got her name entered in the nomination papers of later Arvind Kumar by fraud. 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority of the bank by making representation on 06.08.2024. 4. In the given facts and circumstances the petition stands disposed of with the direction that while disposing of the matter of claim of terminal dues, petitioner should also be given an opportunity of hearing and appropriate orders be passed upon the pending application of the petitioner.
