The Second Appeal is preferred by the appellant against the Judgment and Decree dated 11.09.2002, passed in A.S.No.20 of 2001, on the file of the learned Additional District judge, West Godavari, Eluru, by setting aside the
Judgment and decree dated 17.10.2000, passed in O.S.No.862 of 1998, on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Eluru.
2. None appeared for the appellant. Learned counsel for the respondent is present.
3. It seems that the appellant has no interest to prosecute the matter. Without proper representation from both sides, this Court could not proceed further.
4. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no
order as to costs.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
