GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 20384 of 2025 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation dated 19.06.2025 and F-line survey applications i.e., F-line application Nos.FSNVO 12400396412, dated 05.03.2024; FSNVO12400396565, dated 05.03.2024 and FSNVO12500768074, dated 19.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner in respect of an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Survey No.901, Ac.2.84 cents in Survey No.902 and Ac.0.50 cents in Survey No.445 of Konidena Village, Ballikuruva Mandal, Prakasam District for survey and sub-division of the said lands. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has furnished the written instructions dated 01.08.2025 addressed by the 4th respondent/Tahsildar. As seen from the said written instructions, survey was conducted and the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the land in an extent of Ac.4.44 cents instead of Ac.5.34 cents as claimed by him. 3. As the respondent authorities conducted survey of the lands of the petitioner and the prayer in the writ petition was redressed, nothing survives to adjudicate in the matter, hence, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 4 However, if the petitioner aggrieved by the survey, he is at liberty to file appeal in accordance with law.
