ORAL ORDER
The petitioner, Junior Engineer of first respondent- Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Company Limited (for short “CHESCOM”) is before this Court, praying for a writ of mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2019 (Annexure-E) submitted to the Managing Director of KPTCL.

learned counsel for respondent No.2. Perused the writ petition papers.

On the other hand, Smt.Padma S Uttur, learned counsel for respondent No.1 would submit that the petitioner submitted an application in the prescribed format for pension only on 22.12.2016 and subsequently on processing the said application, the petitioner was paid terminal benefits on 05.06.2018. pensionary benefits. Thus, he prays for allowing the writ petition.
6. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the writ petition papers, I am of the view that the representation submitted by the petitioner is not to the respondents herein. The petitioner could make representation to the appropriate authorities i.e., respondents herein, seeking for settlement of his pensionary benefits and payment of interest. If such representation is made, I am sure that the respondents would consider the same and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law.
7. With the above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
All contentions of the parties are left open.
