Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record instructions dated 01.01.2025, which go to indicate that neither petitioner owns any agricultural land at Gram Panchayat Naglin Chak nor any of her family member(s) is engaged in farming. In such circumstances, obviously, the respondents were right in rejecting the case of the petitioner to release her on parole, that too on the ground of harvesting of crop. 4. In view of this, we find no merit in this petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed, so also the pending applications, if any.
