This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Issue an order or direction, directing for expeditious disposal of the Stay Application No. 7C2 pending in Vs. Lookman (Since Deceased), Javed & Others) pending in the court of District Judge, Azamgarh and till the pendency of Stay Application No. 7C2 stay the further proceedings of Execution Case No. 14 of (Annexure No.1 to this petition) Civil Revision No. 11 of 2025 (Nazma & Others 2012 (Mohd. Lookman Vs. Nazir Ahmad)" It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the objections filed under Section 47 CPC was rejected, against which, a civil revision has been filed in which stay application was filed which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the stay application. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a request to District Judge, Azamgarh to decide the stay application, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
