Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the application. 5. On perusal of documents, which are the deposition sheets of witnesses PW-1 and PW2, it transpires that the witnesses have already been examined on 04.04.2025 when the order has been passed on 23.04.2025, in MCRC-2267 of 2025. Thereafter, the applicant has not filed either any order sheet, or any deposition sheet of the witnesses to show that there is delay in trial, or the witnesses are not turning up for their evidence. 6.
