Uday Kumar by forcing the petitioner to come for settlement as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent No. 4 viz.. Cl of Police, I town Police Station, Chittoor not to interfere into the money lending transactions by threatening/forcing the petitioner to come for a settlement.” 2 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police are not interfering in the money transactions between the parties and are not threatening the Petitioner to settle the dispute and also no crime has been registered against the Petitioner. 3.
