JUSTICE NELSON SAILO ORDER 06.11.2025 Heard Mr. Lalbiaknunga Hnamte, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks incorporation of the order dated 10.09.2012 passed by the court of Civil Judge-III, Aizawl in Heirship Certificate Application No. 711/2012 and also the Heirship Certificate of the same date in the appeal filed by the applicant. The learned counsel submits that a copy of the order and the Heirship Certificate could be obtained only after filing of the connected appeal and therefore, the instant application has been filed seeking incorporation of the same in the appeal. Ms. Linda Zothantluangi, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and Mrs. Mary L. Khiangte, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State respondents have no objection to the prayer.
