Cont.P.No.936 of 2024 M.S. RAMESH, J. ASI
ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General reported that as against the order passed in the Writ Petition, the respondents have preferred an appeal with the delay and the delay has been condoned by the Division Bench.
2. If that be so, it would not be appropriate to parallelly adjudicate the present Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy, subject to outcome of the Writ Appeal. 14.03.2025 ASI Contempt Petition No.936 of 2024 2 of 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
