The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111(3), 308(4), 320(4), 310(6), 61, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Section 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar. 3. On 17.11.2024, Chandwa Police, on the basis of confidential information that some criminals had assembled in an agriculture farm at Kusumtoli and were making preparation for committing dacoity, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons. It appears that a loaded country-made pistol was recovered from his possession. 4. It appears that similarly situated co-accused Deepak Lohra, Dinesh Kumar and Badal Lohra have been granted bail earlier by this Court vide B.A. No. 1233 of 2025. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Chandwa P.S.
