The only direction in the order of learned Single Judge was to require the respondent-Tahsildar to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within stipulated time.
When the contempt petition came up for consideration, it was undisputedly pointed out that as per the compliance affidavit filed

along with the endorsement/order dated 20.08.2024 passed by the Tahsildar, by which the request of the complainant is rejected.
In that view, there is compliance of the order brought under contempt. The contempt petition does not survive.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of as not surviving. If the complainant is aggrieved by the aforesaid endorsement/order, liberty is reserved for her to institute independent proceedings that may be permitted in law in respect of which, this Court does not express any opinion on merits.
