1. Petitioner has filed this petition with the following reliefs:
“10.1 that, the respondent may kindly be directed to submit the entire records as regards the petitioner’s case. 10.2 that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and decide her pending representations (Ann- P/1) within stipulated time frame. Wps 4995 of 2025 2 respondent to grant the petitioner arrears in accordance with 7th Pay commission rule, in the interest of justice. 10.3 that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly pass any order or issue any suitable writ as may deem fit under the circumstances of the case including the cost of the petition.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his submission that the petitioner may be permitted to move fresh representation before respondent-2 raising his grievances with respect to arrears of his salary and respondents-2 and 4 may be
directed to decide his representation within a stipulated period.
3. Limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by
learned counsel for the State.
4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is
directed that petitioner shall make a fresh representation along with copy of this order before respondents-2 and 4 within two weeks from today, and then, respondents-2 and 4 shall decide the representation of the petitioner within 90 days from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with law on its own merits.
