Providing C.C. roads from main gate to office building in market yard, durgi of A.M.C. Durgi in Guntur District, Agreement No.2 / 2022-23, dated 20.4.2022, C.F.M.S. No.2024- 281519, ii. Construction of open plat-forms 4 nos. of size 40.00 x 12.00 with C.C. side walls in Market yard of A.M.C. Durgi in Guntur District, Agreement no. 4 / 2022-23, dated 20.4.2022, C.F.M.S.No.2024- 281508, 2024-281520, iii. Construction of commission agent shops 20 nos. of size 12 x 18 in Market yard, Durgi of A.M.C., Durgi in Guntur District, Agreement no.3 / 2022-23, dated 20.4.2022, C.F.M.S.No.2024-281507 sanctioned vide S.E.(A.M.)R.No.28 / 2021-22, dated 09.10.2021. .. “ 02. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture representing the respondents, placed on record the written instructions of the Superintending Engineer (M), O/o. the Commissioner and Director of 3 W.P.No.20191 of 2024 Agricultural Marketing Department, Guntur, dated 18.09.2025 and submitted that at present, the C.F.M.S. portal was migrated to the NIDHI portal. They are currently awaiting the necessary mapping to be done in the NIDHI portal by the NIDHI portal team and it is under process. 03. The learned counsel for the petitioner requested to pass appropriate order giving reasonable time to the respondents to finally make the payment. 04. In view of the admitted liability and the fact that the bills are pending with the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the total amount under the aforesaid bills within three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
