Even though the respondents have not filed the reply, however, with consent of learned counsel for the parties, matter is heard at this stage.

This writ petition has been filed for grant of following substantive reliefs:-
“B) That a writ in the nature of Certiorari may kindly be issued, whereby quashing the impugned orders dated: 12-09-2024 & 21-11-2024 which are contained in Annexure P-9 & 10 for all intents and purposes. C That a writ in the nature of Mandamus may kindly be

issued, whereby directing the respondents to continue the petitioner on pay previous to re-fixation for all intents and purposes.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner and the relief prayed for by him have been adjudicated in Dilbag Singh Vs. HRTC & Ors.2 and that the aforesaid decision securely applies to the case of the petitioner.

Above position is admitted by learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of admitted stand of the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of with order that the directions issued in Dilbag Singh2 shall mutatis mutandis be applicable to the case of the petitioner. Accordingly, necessary and appropriate order order in terms of the directions issued in Dilbag Singh2 be also passed in the case of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. The order so passed be communicated to the petitioner.
