Julius Riamei, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one. [2] Mr. S. Vijayanand Sharma, learned Sr. PCCG on behalf of the Central Government and Ms. Langlenthoibi, learned counsel for the private respondent, have no objection. [3] Recording the submissions made at the bar, WP(C) No. 163 of 2017 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised. [4] In WP(C) No. 901 of 2013: Ms. Langlenthoibi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the matter may be taken up after two weeks. [5] Mr. S.
