Mr. Sounak Bhattacharya, learned advocate appears for the petitioner. Mr. Eman Bhattacharya, learned advocate appears for the respondent nos. 2 to 5. The writ petition has appeared to under the heading “To Be Mentioned” at the instance of the writ petitioner for correction of some typographical mistakes. First, it is submitted by both the learned counsel appearing today that Mr. Eman Bhattacharya, learned advocate who appeared on July 1, 2025 for respondent nos. 2 to 5 but his name had not been gone down by mistake, the same may be incorporated. Since both the
learned counsel appearing for the parties have agreed to such correction, it is clarified that Mr. Eman Bhattacharya, learned advocate appeared for respondent no. 2 to 5 on July 1, 2025.
2 Second correction is that parties jointly submit referring to Annexure p-6 at page-22 to the writ petition that a further quantum of Rs. 84,651/- has been missed out on account of Earned Leave Encashment. Both the learned counsel, Mr. Sounak Bhattacharya and Mr. Eman Bhattacharya appearing for the parties today in Court by consent submit that the said sum may be incorporated in addition to Rs.7,90,468/- which has already there in the
order dated July 1, 2025. Accordingly, by consent of the parties, the said quantum of Rs. 84,651/- appearing at page- 22 to the writ petition is also incorporated on account of Earned Leave Encashment in addition to Rs.7,90,468/-. The aforesaid corrections, as done by consent of the parties shall be read into and incorporated in the said order dated July 1, 2025. The rest of the order dated July 1, 2025 remains unaltered and without any modification.
