The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 362/2024, for the offences under Sections 354(D), 387, 469, 504 & 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 66(C), 66(D) & 67 of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Shri Vikram Anand, learned J.M.F.C.-XXXI, Ranchi. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have posted photos alongwith indecent comments against the informant on Facebook by creating her fake account. 4. It was submitted that informant had also instituted a similar case against the petitioner earlier, in which the petitioner has been granted bail. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case, where the investigating officer has not obtained any report from the Facebook, whether such posts were posted in the fake account of the informant. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Shri Vikram Anand, learned J.M.F.C.-XXXI, Ranchi or his successor in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S.
