JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA ORAL JUDGMENT Sri.Raju.S, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is no more and he could not get the particulars of the legal representatives of the deceased appellant. On 19.01.2023 the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel appearing for the appellant expressed his inability to get information with regard to legal representatives of the deceased appellant and seeks short accommodation to file necessary application to bring the legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record. Considering the fact that it is the death case, two weeks time is granted to the learned counsel appearing for the appellant". - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6471 MFA No. 6107 of 2014 However, till now, steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record were not taken.
