In this writ petition, petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 29th November, 2024 (Annexure-E) for assiging the new survey number in the RTC extracts in respect of the land in question. 3. Heard Sri. Syed Akbar Pasha, learned counsel appearing for petitioners and Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ petition, the same would indicate that the respondent No.2-Assistant Commissioner had passed an order dated 01st September, 2023 (Annexure-C), - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24063 WP NO.16878 OF 2025 wherein the direction has been issued to the respondent No.3- Tahsildar to assign new survey numbers to the land in question. In that view of the matter, respondent No.3- Tahsildar is directed to consider the representation dated 29th November, 2024 (Annexure-E) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
