By means of present criminal writ petition, petitioner has impugned the FIR No.77 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025, under Section 8/21 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Rishikesh, District Dehradun. 4. From perusal of the first information report, it transpires that a heinous case was lodged under Section 8/21 of the NDPS Act and it is pointed out by learned State Counsel that there are fifteen cases already registered against the petitioner-accused. 5. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, the criminal writ petition is dismissed in-limine. 6.
