Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rajrappa P.S. Case No. 128/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109, 117(2), 118(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Ramgarh.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have given an axe blow on the head of the informant, causing injury.
4. It was submitted that from the injury report, it appears that injury was caused by hard and blunt weapon. It was further submitted that only one injury was sustained by the injured. It was finally submitted that petitioner is in custody for more than five months.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Ramgarh in connection with Rajrappa P.S. Case No. 128/2024.
