Zothankhuma, J Heard Mr. Sentiyanger, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that there is a delay of 486 days in filing the appeal against the judgement dated 30/04/2024 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Phek, Nagaland in GR No. 43/2022, by which the appellant has been convicted under section 302 IPC. Mr. Zhimomi, learned APP, Nagaland, submits that he has got no objection if the delay is condoned. On considering the cause for the delay and keeping in view the fact that this is an appeal against conviction, the delay of 486 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. IA stands disposed of.
