Hence, the Complainant has constrained to file the above Contempt of Court case before this Hon'ble Court for initiation of contempt proceedings against the Accused. Now, the Accused has passed the order on 18.10.2024 reinstating the Complainant into service and the Complainant is reported for duty on 19.10.2024.
