The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondents to pay the monthly rent to the petitioner for the building which is being used as Mango Police Station. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a building was constructed over the Survey Settlement Plot No.3180, Khata No.908, Ward No.9, Mouza-Mango, Jamshedpur, District-East Singhbhum which was purchased some time in the year 1989 by her husband-Late Md. Tayeb Khan through a registered sale deed. It is further submitted that her husband had let out the building constructed over the said land for use of Mango Police Station on monthly rent which was being paid to him. However, after his death, she is not 2025:JHHC:10196 2 being paid monthly rent by the concerned police authorities. The petitioner being the widow of Late Md. Tayeb Khan is duly entitled to receive the monthly rent for the building which is being used as Mango Police Station. The petitioner represented the respondent no.3 in this regard, however, the same remained unresponded which has compelled her to prefer the present writ petition. 3. Ms. Rishi Bharati, learned A.C. to A.A.G.-III, appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that if the petitioner prefers a fresh representation in this regard before the respondent no.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum, an appropriate decision/step will be taken by the said respondent within a time frame. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of the prayer made in the writ petition, without entering into merit of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to prefer a fresh representation in this regard before the respondent no.3. On receipt of the said representation, the respondent no.3, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondent no.5 and other concerned persons (if so required), shall take appropriate decision/step within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the aforesaid liberty and direction. (Rajesh Shankar, J.) Vikas/
