This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings Rc. No. Zone-I/6465/2006, dt.27.12.2010 issued by the first respondent, whereby the petitioner was not considered for -2- W.P. No.90 of 2011 regularization on par with other regular employees, and the third respondent was directed to remove the petitioner from service. 2. The learned standing counsel for APSWREI society has placed on record a letter dated 30.12.2024 of the third respondent addressed to the first respondent informing that the petitioner has stopped working in the institution from the year 2011 itself. 3. Recording the submission of the learned standing counsel that the petitioner has stopped working in the respondent society from the year 2011 on her own, no further orders are required in this writ petition, this writ petition is closed.
