The direction of learned Single Judge was to consider the representation of the complainant-petitioner regarding conducting of phodi and durast in respect of the land in question.
2. Today when the contempt petition came up for consideration, learned Additional Government Advocate Smt. Pramodhini Kishan

stated that necessary endorsement is issued deciding the representation.
3. The factum of decision on the representation could not be disputed by learned advocate Smt. P. Archana Murthy for the complainant.
4. Since the representation is decided, the present contempt petition does not survive.
5. It is accordingly disposed of.
At this stage, learned advocate for the complainant submits that liberty may be reserved for the complainant to challenge the endorsement/order on merits.
