In this writ petition, the petitioner has called in question the notification dated 28.10.2024 issued by the respondent No.8-Bank vide Annexure-D inviting applications for filling up various posts in the respondent No.8-Bank. 2. The petitioner is an applicant to the posts of Junior Assistant and First Division Assistant at the respondent No.8-Bank. As per the notification, the date fixed for the written examination is 25.05.2025. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has also taken up the UPSC examination of civil services (preliminary) and the said examination is also fixed on 25.05.2025. Therefore, he has challenged the notification dated 28.10.2024 issued by respondent No.8 to reschedule the date of examination conducted by the respondent-Bank. 3. The learned AGA appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 6 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.7 and 8 submitted - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20688 WP No. 16418 of 2025 that the date of examination fixed on 25.05.2025 by the respondent-Bank is already over and respondent-Bank has conducted the examination. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition 4. In view of the above, the prayer sought by the petitioner does not survive for consideration.
