Singh, CGC ------ 04/ 13.01.2025 By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for following reliefs:- I. “For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner dated 16.08.2024 (Annexure-5), filed before the Deputy Inspector General, CRPF, Mokama Ghat (respondent no. – 3), and the appeal has no order what-so-ever has been passed on the appeal preferred by the petitioner. AND / OR II. That it is stated that petitioner further prays for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) & direction(s), in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order no. 03/2011 – Stha-2, dated - 25.01.2012, (Annexure – 4) passed by the Commandant 95 CRPF, Varanasi in which petitioner has received the punishment for the stoppage of increment for five years with cumulative effect which is arbitrary and illegal in nature of principal justice as it is not the ground for the stoppage of increment.” 2. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that suffice it would be, if a direction is given to the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner which is pending before 2 respondent No.3 - Deputy Inspector General, CRPF, Mokama Ghat, Mokama, Bihar. 3. Learned counsel representing the respondents has got no objection. 4. Considering the nature of prayer made, I direct respondent No.3 - Deputy Inspector General, CRPF, Mokama Ghat, Mokama, Bihar, to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within a period of six weeks by a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner, if not disposed of till the date of receipt of the order.
