Case No.438/2025 registered under Sections 308(4)/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. The learned Addl. P.P. has produced the Case Diary. I have perused the same. It appears that the accused/applicant was granted interim pre- arrest bail by a coordinate Bench on 08.10.2025 and in compliance with the said order the applicant had appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement was recorded. In view of the above, the interim pre-arrest bail granted by this Court on 08.10.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the terms and conditions as laid down in the interim order dated 08.10.2025.
