Opp. Parties CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GAUTAM KUMAR CHOUDHARY For the Petitioner : Mr. Pankaj Kumar Choudhary, Advocate For the State : Mr. Sanat Kumar Jha, APP For the O.P. No. 2 : Mr. Prashant Pallav, Advocate Ms. Smita Sinha, Advocate Mr. Parth Jalan, Advocate Ms. Shivani Jaluka, Advocate ------ Order No. 07 / Dated : 28.07.2025. 1. This criminal revision petition has been filed against the order of maintenance passed in Original Maintenance Case No. 291/2017 under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. 2. It is not in dispute that opposite party no. 2 is the wife of the petitioner. The petitioner was DGM finance in Agricultural Skill Council of India and after deduction and EPF he was drawing salary of Rs.1,15,000/- per month. Considering the said income, learned Family Court has awarded the maintenance of Rs.25,000/- per month. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the divorce has already been allowed. 4. Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of both sides, I do not find any illegality and impropriety in the impugned order. This revision petition stands dismissed. Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of. (Gautam Kumar Choudhary, J.) Pawan/ -
