Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents. 2. In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to entering the name of the petitioner in RTC Extracts in respect of the land in question on the basis of registered Sale Deeds dated 13th March, 2006 (Annexures 'G' and 'H') pursuant to the respondent No.1-Deputy Commissioner, by order dated 17th March, 2022 (Annexure-K), setting-aside the order dated 25th April, 2012 passed in Case No.K.SC.ST.(S)/30/2010-11, by the Assistant Commissioner, Bengaluru South Sub-Division, Bengaluru. The petitioner has filed representations dated 28th January, 2025 (Annexures 'A' and 'B') to the respondents, however, the respondents have not considered the same. 3. Heard Sri. Srinath P., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. - 3 -

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondent No.2 herein are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28th January, 2025 (Annexure-A) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
