1. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondents to make payment of adequate compensation to the petitioner for their negligence due to which he sustained severe head injury.
2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his claim for payment of compensation before the respondent no.2.
