It is being submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that they have complied with the order since there is a case pending, therefore, he cannot be appointed. In view of the above, the proceedings are closed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be given liberty to file the writ petition for appropriate relief having regard to the compliance filed.
