By order dated 21.07.2025, this Court had directed the petitioner to file an amended cause title by implementing a certain respondent as Respondent No. Page No.# 2/2 2. It appears that no such amended cause title has been filed. It is also noted that, at the initial stage on 18.06.2025, the objection raised by Mr. Dhar regarding the maintainability of the petition had been recorded. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 03.12.2025 and 25.02.2026. It appears that the petitioner is not keen to pursue the matter. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed for non-prosecution.
