The present writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Vijayawada Circuit, in not passing any interim or final order on the Original Application (OA No.687 of 2025), despite urgency, as arbitrary and for consequential direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners’ representations sent through Registered Post and Email. 3. Though the learned counsel for the petitioners sought to advance arguments with reference to the merits of the case, keeping in view that the petitioners have already approached the Central Administrative Tribunal and stated to have moved a Miscellaneous Application in the main O.A., we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, without going into merits, providing that the learned Central Administrative Tribunal shall make an endeavor to dispose of the Miscellaneous Application or the main O.A., as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. 4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
