ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 5^'^ respondent -Tahsildar in issuing Revenue Records (ROR) in favour of the respondent relating to survey No.268/3 D to an extent of Ac.0-36 cents and an extent of Ac. 1-71 cents situated at Raganipalli village, Punganur Mandal, Chittoor District without issuing notice, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The written instructions filed by the State Counsel categorically transpire that notice was issued to the petitioner

Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner herein to avail remedy by way of appeal under Section 5(5) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order. On filing of such appeal, the Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law after issuing notice to the effected parties, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no
order as to costs.
