Heard Mr. D Deka, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R.J Baruah, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. It appears that the petitioner who was arrested on 24.08.2025 in connection with Chhayygaon P.S Case No. 251/2025 U/S 109/117(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 has crossed the statutory period of detention of 90 days and it is submitted by Mr. R.J Baruah, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, upon instructions received, that the charge-sheet is yet to be filed. 3. Hence, the petitioner is entitled to default bail. 4. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail of Rs. 50,000/- with 1(one) surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Ld.
